Here are the world's 10 tallest buildings

The world's tallest buildings feature elevators that ascend 100 floors in a minute, with views that oversee some of the world's biggest cities.

Officially the tallest building in the world, the 160-story Burj Khalifa stands at a reported 2,717 feet. The building features an elevator with the longest travel distance in the world - 120 stories. The tower has also broken the record for tallest structure, previously held by the KVLY-TV mast in Blanchard, North Dakota. (Dennis B Mallari)
